Position: sales manager (manufacturing)
Previous experience in a sales-related role is a must as well as direct sales responsibilities in your previous career
- Has been in a sales manager or similar position for a minimum of 8 years
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team by example.
- Must have excellent negotiation skills and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to think analytically, conceptually and systematically in order to resolve problems.
- Solid customer service attitude ambitious and a “can do” attitude!
- Availability to travel as needed countrywide 30 % of the time
- Excellent mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
- Be willing to work overtime when required
