We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager in Algeria to develop the local market. The selected candidate will be responsible for detecting new B2B clients, managing commercial relationships, identifying business opportunities and actively contributing to the company’s growth in the target market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients in Algeria
  • Visit existing clients and potential partners within the assigned area
  • Provide commercial assistance and support to customers
  • Conduct effective negotiations and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, administration)

Requirements:

  • Strong motivation to excel in the sales sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Arabic mothertongue
  • English proficiency at minimum B1 level
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
