Sales Manager Jobs in Nigeria at Talentsquare
Title: Sales Manager
Company: Talentsquare
Location: Nigeria
About Our Client
Our client is a technology-enabled outgrower management company transforming Nigeria's fisheries sector. They have built a fully integrated ecosystem covering feed supply and distribution, pond construction, water management, technical consulting, and a proprietary AgTech platform — Swimlink — that connects smallholder fish farmers to the tools, resources, and market access they need to scale.
This is a purpose-driven enterprise. Commercial growth and community impact are not competing priorities here — they are the same strategy. The company is building something rare in Nigeria's agricultural sector, and they need commercial leadership to take it to the next stage.
The Role
This is not a conventional sales role. You will be the commercial engine of a company operating at the intersection of agriculture, technology, and economic development.
As Sales Manager, you will own the full revenue mandate — driving adoption of the company's ecosystem products and services across fish farmers, agro-dealers, distributors, and institutional partners. You will build and manage the sales function from the ground up, working directly with the CEO to design strategy, execute with urgency, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
This role is for a builder. A closer. Someone who understands that selling in this context means understanding a farmer's operational reality deeply enough to solve it — not just move product.
