The Candidate

  • A confident and results-oriented professional with the ability to strategically develop, grow, and sustain the corporate sales market for a luxury five-star hotel.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of the Kenyan corporate market with established networks and the ability to quickly build a strong portfolio of corporate clients.
  • A proactive business developer with a strong hunter mentality, capable of identifying opportunities, closing high-value deals, and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Demonstrates excellent business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to create winning sales strategies.
  • A persuasive communicator with strong presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills who can represent the hotel brand with professionalism and authority.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Sales Manager in a large-scale, luxury five-star hotel operation.
  • A solid track record of consistently exceeding sales goals in the corporate segment.
  • In-depth understanding of Kenya’s corporate market dynamics, including key industries, decision-makers, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Ability to generate new accounts and maximize revenues from existing clients within a short timeframe.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
