Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Badr 1. The role involves leading and managing the sales team to achieve performance targets while coaching and motivating team members for professional development. Key responsibilities include creating sales strategies, developing plans to reach sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and producing regular sales reports. The Sales Manager will also work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction, provide solutions to client needs, and represent the company at external events to promote business growth.
