Responsibility
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
* Identify, prospect, and engage potential retail clients for the sale of company property units.
* Promote and sell company products in accordance with approved pricing, marketing strategies, and commission structures.
* Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
* Negotiate sales terms within the limits of approved company policies and authority levels.
* Close sales transactions and ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
2. Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Provide accurate and professional information to clients regarding property offerings, pricing, and transaction processes.
* Offer post-sale follow-up and support to ensure client satisfaction through to transaction completion.
3. Parters Relationship Management
* Maintain ongoing communication with partners to ensure up-to-date information on available units, pricing, incentives, and inventory changes.
* Coordinate with partners on unit availability, site visits, documentation, and transaction timelines.
* Support the resolution of operational or transactional issues involving partner-supplied units.
* Ensure partner engagements are conducted in line with contractual agreements, service-level expectations, and company policies.
* Provide regular feedback to management on partner performance, market trends, and opportunities for improved collaboration.
4. Reporting & Administration
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client engagements, and completed sales.
* Submit regular sales activity and performance reports to the Sales Manager as required.
* Ensure that all sales documentation complies with internal controls, legal requirements, and audit standards
5. Compliance and Professional Conduct
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct at all times.
* Ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing property sales and commissions.
* Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions with clients and stakeholders
Commission Structure
The Retail Sales Executive shall be eligible to earn commission on completed sales transactions where the company earns a minimum commission of 3% of the selling price.
· Commission payable to the Sales Executive shall be 0.5% of the selling price per qualifying unit sold.
· This commission represents 16.7% of the total commission earned by the company on the qualifying transaction.
Commission payments are subject to:
* Successful completion of the sale as defined by company policy
* Receipt of the company’s commission
* Compliance with all documentation, reporting, and approval requirements
· Commission shall be paid in accordance with the company’s payroll and commission payment schedule.

· Total sales value generated
· Conversion rate from leads to completed sales
· Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting
· Client satisfaction and retention levels
