A well-established South African hospitality group with a diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, and conference venues is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join its growing national sales team.
These roles are ideal for proactive sales professionals with a passion for hospitality and relationship building. The successful candidates will focus on generating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across the corporate, conferencing, travel trade, and leisure markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and secure new business opportunities for hotel accommodation, conferencing, and group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners.
- Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and property presentations.
- Promote the group’s portfolio of properties to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Work closely with the national sales team and property management to ensure client needs are met.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows where required.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client engagement within CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or travel industry sales will be advantageous.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
