1️⃣ Key Accounts Manager / Customer Service Representative
📍 Focus: Client relationships & service delivery
You will be the heartbeat of client engagement – managing existing accounts, coordinating training bookings, ensuring seamless service, and building long-term partnerships.
✔ Strong customer service background
✔ Ability to manage multiple clients & schedules
✔ Experience in training, OHS, or related sectors advantageous
✔ Excellent communication & admin skills
2️⃣ Sales Executive
📍 Focus: New business development
A hunter at heart? This role is for someone who thrives on opening doors, building pipelines, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
✔ Proven external sales experience
✔ Confidence engaging with HR, HSE & operations teams
✔ Ability to present training solutions professionally
✔ Self-driven with a strong closing ability
3️⃣ Sales Manager
📍 Focus: Strategy, leadership & revenue growth
This role is for an experienced sales professional who can lead from the front – driving performance, mentoring the team, and growing the business nationally.
✔ Sales leadership experience
✔ Track record in target achievement
✔ Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
✔ Industry knowledge in Fire/OHS training a major plus
Salary: Between R15 000 – R30 000 per month with lucrative commission structure.
