What You'll Be Doing
• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients
• Building relationships with founders, business owners and marketing teams
• Presenting Toucan Marketing’s services and value proposition
• Managing the full sales journey from prospecting to closing
• Working with our creative and strategy teams to develop proposals
• Growing and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
What We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience in sales, business development or account management
✔ Understanding of marketing or digital marketing services
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Confidence presenting ideas and closing deals
✔ A self-driven, results-focused mindset
