Pipeline
- Build and maintain a qualified, traceable sales pipeline
- Pipeline updated monthly and submitted two days before KPI meetings
- Systematic targeting by geography or market segment
- Telephonic cold calling as per schedule
- Accurate activity reporting for calls and appointments
General Responsibilities
- Identify and sell new business opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Research and analyse market and competitor activity
- Recommend service and profit improvements
- Prepare reports and maintain service standards
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Uphold confidentiality of company information
- Comply with reasonable management requests
