The role
Sales is the growth engine of Flouci. We are hiring a Sales Executive to grow our merchant business across POS and Payment Gateway, with the runway to sell adjacent solutions as the portfolio expands.
You will own the full sales cycle. Prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, close, activation. You will combine a consultative approach with deep product knowledge to solve real problems for the businesses you sign.
This is a quota-carrying role with clear monthly and quarterly targets.
What you will do
- Build and manage your own pipeline of SMB and mid-market merchants across priority verticals
- Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through to live activation
- Develop expert product knowledge and position the right Flouci solution for each merchant
- Bring market signal back to product and partnerships, so the next deal is easier than the last
Who you are
- 3 to 5 years in B2B sales. Fintech, SaaS, telco, banking, or merchant services preferred. Strong closers from outside fintech also considered.
- You have personally closed deals end to end. Send us numbers in your application.
- Fluent in French, English, and Tunisian dialect.
- Comfortable in a CRM. HubSpot is a plus.
- Outbound by default. Direct, organized, and accountable for your number.
