Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the Company’s logistics and freight forwarding services. The role focuses on generating new business, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through close coordination with internal operations and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding sectors.
- Promote the Company’s logistics solutions, including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure the successful execution of shipments and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business development activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and ongoing account management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation sales.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services, logistics operations, and supply chain solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a target-driven environment.
