Sales Person Required
Key Roles:
- Primary responsibility is to meet the store sales and profit objectives.
- Meet the customer’s needs and provide them with the best service
Responsibilities:
- Direct all store personnel, fitters, mechanic & Wheel alignment technician
- Communicate and guide them to complete their tasks according to how you need them done.
- Adhere to the policies, rules and regulations as established
- Answer the calls and take down all necessary information needed to respond to client
- Communicate with suppliers when necessary to find out stock availability and pricing
- Ensure customer is met outside to ensure the best service possible. No need to let them come to you.
- Ensure the Job card is completed fully to ensure all details are correct when addressing customer.
- Ensure the Names & surnames are spelt correctly
- Ensure the person’s name is displayed on Job card if made out to a company
- Dress neatly, use a belt if necessary and ensure your own cleanliness & hygiene
- Workstation should be neat at all times, we understand times get busy but ensure that you have a look at it when you get a moment. (Appearance plays an important role in selling)
- Cell phones to only be used when we are quite or in case of an emergency. Primary objective is to be the salesperson while at work.
- Communication is key to success, ensure you speak to your managers if you are struggling or unsure of something.
· Own transport is essential
· Working hours: Monday to Friday 08h00-17h00 & Saturday 08h00 -12h00
· Tyre knowledge would be beneficial, but is not a necessity. Training will be provided
· MIBCO Provident fund
· UIF, SDL & Council levy are deducted monthly
