Mascots SA is a leading creator of custom-made mascots, animatronic characters, and promotional costume solutions for clients across film, television, sports, tourism, education, expos, and corporate campaigns throughout Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
Due to continued growth and a high volume of inbound enquiries through our website and WhatsApp channels, we are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at our Woodstock studio in Cape Town.
This role is focused on converting warm leads and enquiries into confirmed business while building strong relationships with clients across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
- Maintain and report on sales pipeline activity and forecasts
- Work closely with the CEO and Production Manager
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of the sales process and closing techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Professional and confident interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans advantageous
