This role is primarily about organizing high-level corporate procurement events and converting those audiences into SaaS clients. If you enjoy coordinating professional fora, mobilizing senior decision-makers and speaking confidently in corporate settings — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Execution (Primary Responsibility)

You will:

  • Organize procurement breakfast forums, seminars, webinars & CPD events.
  • Attract Heads of Procurement, Finance Directors, Supply Chain Managers.
  • Coordinate speakers, venues, invitations, follow-ups.
  • Build a strong database of procurement professionals.
  • Ensure every event generates qualified business leads.

Event quality and attendance will be your primary KPI.

SaaS Sales Conversion (Secondary)

  • Conduct system demos of SRM eProcurement.
  • Follow up event attendees.
  • Close subscription deals.
  • Convert free RFQ users into paid clients.

Qualifications

✔ Has 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales, corporate event coordination or professional training programs

✔ Is confident engaging senior executives

✔ Is organized, structured and detail-oriented

✔ Can mobilize professional audiences

✔ Is commercially driven

✔ Is comfortable working full-time on-site in Nairobi

Experience in procurement, SaaS or corporate services is an added advantage.

Compensation

  • Retainer: Kshs 40,000 – 50,000
  • Medical cover
  • Commission on:
  • SaaS subscriptions closed
  • Event-driven conversions
  • Supplier onboarding targets
