Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Uganda. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and recommend suitable roofing solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to drive sales, conducting product presentations, addressing technical queries, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong aptitude in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused approach
- Proven ability to deliver technical explanations and presentations
- A qualification in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Previous experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus
- Familiarity with market trends and client needs within the region is highly advantageous
