Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to promote company products and services.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related field).
- 2–4 years of sales experience in steel fabrication, cement, oil & gas, or construction industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
