Role Description The Sales Engineer role at TrueNorth Constructions is a full-time, on-site position based in El Sheikh Zaid. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, presenting construction and asset management solutions that align with their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, delivering product and service presentations, and supporting the sales cycle with clear technical explanations. The role involves coordinating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution design, providing technical support before and after sales, and maintaining strong relationships through responsive customer service. The Sales Engineer will also contribute to market research, assist in developing sales strategies, and help identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including managing client inquiries, supporting the sales process, and building long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of construction projects, asset management, or maintenance consulting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in various areas around greater Cairo, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering cost-efficient, client-centric solutions.
Compensations
- Basic Salary of EGP 15,000 – EGP20,000
- Incentive Variable Pay based on sales targets and commission based.
- Yearly bonus.
- Transportation compensation for business trips.
