Responsibilities


Sales Development & Revenue Generation
  • Identify, approach, and engage General Partners (GPs) managing real estate funds, syndications, or portfolios.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities and move prospects through early sales stages.
  • Schedule and support sales calls, demos, and deal progression.
  • Own lead generation from outreach to handoff (or close, depending on experience).

Business Development & Partnerships
  • Develop relationships with real estate ecosystem players, including:
  • Fund administrators
  • Asset & fund managers
  • CPAs and tax advisors
  • Real estate attorneys
  • Transaction and data providers
  • Investor relations service providers
  • Create referral and partnership pipelines that consistently generate inbound opportunities.
  • Represent as a trusted long-term platform partner, not just a vendor.

Market Intelligence & Feedback
  • Provide continuous feedback from the market to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning.
  • Identify patterns, objections, and opportunities within GP and investor communication workflows.
  • Help shape go-to-market strategy based on real-world conversations.
