Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will be responsible for outbound lead generation, B2B prospecting, and booking meetings. You will work closely with the sales team to bridge the gap between initial contact and finalized deals.
At Hiru, the SDR role is centered on high-volume activity and professional persistence. You will be expected to:
- Primary Target: Execute a target of booking 5 meetings per week (20 per month).
- Secondary Target: Maintain high-volume outbound activity with 500+ outbound cold calls per week.
- Focus: Prioritize outbound calls and B2B lead generation to secure quality meetings.
- Conversion Goal: Contribute to a goal of 2–3 signed clients per month originating from your booked meetings.
- Activity-Based Performance: Work towards incentives designed for high-volume cold calling.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales development.
- Communication: Strong proficiency in pitching, professional B2B interaction, and relationship building.
- Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and meeting activity-based targets.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain prospect data and manage a pipeline efficiently.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a remote work environment.
- Technical Savvy: Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to track performance and outreach.
