About Coseek
Coseek is a performance-based cold call agency. We run outbound calling campaigns for PE firms acquiring companies and B2B software companies selling into enterprise. No mass email, no LinkedIn spam, no ghost SDRs. Real conversations with business owners, CIOs, and operators, every day.
We only get paid when we deliver qualified meetings. That means every seat on our floor has to produce or it doesn't stay filled.
The Role
You run cold calling campaigns across different clients, different industries, different ICPs. Each campaign has its own script and research, but the job is the same everywhere: have real conversations with strangers, run clean discovery, tie what you hear back into the pitch, handle the objection, and book the meeting.
Typical day:
– 20 to 30 live conversations
– 1 to 3 meetings booked on a strong day
– Call recording review from the day before
– Weekly coaching with a senior rep or with Elham
Remote, full-time, US Eastern business hours.
Comp
$2,500+/month OTE. Half base, half commission. Commission paid per qualified meeting booked.
What We Actually Look For
The primary thing: you love the phone. You'd rather do 6 hours of back-to-back calls than 6 hours of LinkedIn outreach. "No thanks" doesn't rattle you, you move to the next call.
Beyond that:
– 2+ years outbound calling experience into US, UK, or AU markets. Not BPO customer service. Outbound, cold, US English.
– You can hold a real conversation with a C-level executive or a blue-collar business owner without sounding scripted.
– You care about getting good. You'll rewatch your own calls and find things to fix.
We automate the rest. You don't source leads. You don't clean CRMs. You don't write sequences. You run calls, and you spend the rest of your time getting better at running calls.
