We’re hiring a high-energy SDR to drive outbound growth by generating new business opportunities with startup founders and executives.
This role is activity-heavy and performance-driven, ideal for someone who wants to break into tech sales, recruitment, or startup ecosystems.

This role is high activity, performance-driven, and designed for someone who wants to build a career in sales, recruiting, or the startup ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Dialing for Dollars 📞: Execute high-volume cold calling to connect with tech CEOs, founders, and hiring managers across the US.
- Email Mastery 📧: Craft and send engaging, customized cold emails that cut through the noise and grab attention.
- Appointment Setting 📅: Master the art of the pitch to secure qualified meetings and appointments for our closing team.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Building 🔍: Hunt down new business opportunities and keep our CRM packed with fresh, high-quality leads.
- Ad-Hoc Hustle 🏃 ♂️: Jump into various tasks to support the team, help out with client acquisition, and drive overall company growth.
