About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing American Managed Service Provider team. This role is fully remote but requires working Eastern Standard Time (EST) to support our U.S. clients.
The SDR will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity—identifying prospects, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is energetic, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research target accounts within assigned industries and identify key decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and lead status inside the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Stay informed on MSP service offerings, technical terminology, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role (MSP or IT services experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time EST hours.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and high-volume prospecting.
- Strong organizational skills and experience working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Tech-savvy, coachable, and eager to learn about MSP solutions and the IT ecosystem.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
