Job Purpose
We strongly believe in the enhancement of business performance through the identification, acquisition and development of Talents that can help us exceed our customer expectations while living our corporate values. We are actively looking for a reliable and trustworthy Sales Coordinator who will work closely with the current team in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and present price surveys in collaboration with sales staff
- Keep updated on market evolution
- Actively participate in sales meeting and do the follow of all points discussed in the meeting
- Prepare sales analysis report as and when required
- Follow up of all marketing invoices and ensure timely processing of same for prompt payment by accounts dept
- Perform field visit alongside sales team as and when required
Job Requirements
- Degree in Sales/Marketing or any other equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
- Good communication skills
- Customer focused
- Ability to work on long and odd hours
- Good report writing skills
- Computer literate and at ease with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
- Holder of a valid driving license
