Overview
Ensure the efficiency of the delivery process while adhering to performance measurement standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that orders are delivered correctly and in good condition.
- Meet with delivery representatives and discuss the daily performance summary.
- Review reports of delayed or failed deliveries with each pre-sales representative.
- Optimize the utilization of the distribution fleet.
- Ensure loading efficiency to guarantee accurate deliveries.
- Work on updating delivery routes.
- Monitor customer routes under his/her responsibility.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of routes and tools based on market experience.
- Ensure that sales tools align with business needs and plans.
- Handle refrigerator placements (in case of wholesale operations).
- Contribute to training, coaching, and the implementation of health and safety programs in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor education degree.
- Technical background; preferably with experience in food manufacturing companies.
- Good knowledge of key software applications used in daily operations (e.g., Excel, routing software).
- Valid driving license
