Position: SALES CONSULTANT (PHOTOGRAPHIC RETAIL)
SALES CONSULTANT (PHOTOGRAPHIC RETAIL) / EAST LONDON – Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join their dynamic photographic retail team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong interest in photography or videography, who enjoys engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and assisting customers in selecting the right photographic equipment and accessories to suit their needs.

Minimum Requirements:
- Strong communication in Xhosa and English
- Previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
- Interest in or knowledge of photography, videography, or related equipment
- Familiarity with cameras, lenses, or editing software will be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, friendly, and reliable
- Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and professional product advice
- Assist customers with the selection of cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay up to date with the latest photography trends, products, and technology
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Handle customer queries and after-sales support efficiently
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
Starting Salary:
Market related basic
