Role Description
Zorora is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant to join our Paarl showroom team.
The Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalised product recommendations, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include guiding customers through the sofa selection process, sharing product knowledge, maintaining showroom standards, and contributing to overall sales performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a customer-focused retail environment, and has a passion for interiors, design, and sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Sales or retail experience preferred
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Interest in interiors, décor, or furniture retail is advantageous
- Passion for sustainability and customer experience is a plus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Paarl, Western Cape 7646: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
