Dermamina is a premium UK-based aesthetic clinic specialising in advanced skin and non-surgical treatments.
We work with patients who are often making important, personal decisions, so our approach is always honest, calm, and tailored, never pushy or overly sales-driven.
We are now looking for a Remote Sales Advisor to handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into booked consultations and treatments.
The Role
This is not a typical call centre role.
You will be speaking to real patients who are:
- Considering treatments
- Feeling unsure or nervous
- Looking for guidance and reassurance
Your role is to:
- Build trust quickly
- Understand their concerns
- Guide them towards booking
- Represent the clinic to a high standard
Responsibilities
- Call and message inbound leads (WhatsApp, phone, Instagram)
- Understand patient concerns and goals
- Guide conversations towards booking consultations/treatments
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Follow up with leads who haven’t booked
- Maintain a high level of communication and organisation
Requirements
- Fluent English (clear, confident, natural tone)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles
- Comfortable speaking on the phone regularly
- Ability to build trust without sounding scripted or pushy
- Reliable internet and quiet working environment
Bonus (not required but preferred)
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or medical clinics
- Experience with high-ticket sales (£200–£1,000+)
- Familiarity with WhatsApp/CRM systems
Compensation
