ACE ONLINE SA is looking for a candidate preferably a woman, who will do customer engagements such as emails, social media to promptly address customer inquiries and provide product information.
The candidate should proactively engage with website to offer assistance, build rapport with customers and establish relationships with customers.
The candidate should be able to guide customers through online purchase process, address any questions and concerns, provide post-sales support including stock tracking and returns.
The candidate should have experience in sales, customer service within an e-commerce environment.
Problem solving techniques and a positive attitude is required.
Requirements
Matric(required)
At least two years experience in the sales field
The candidate must a woman (preferred)
The candidate must not have a Criminal Record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R3 500,00 – R5 000,00 per month
