Role Overview

Tigers Direct Marketing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support daily sales operations and help deliver an outstanding experience to clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, offering guidance on products and services

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems

• Assist with preparing sales materials, product displays, and promotional content

• Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory coordination

• Contribute to meeting sales goals through consistent service and product knowledge

• Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, retail, or customer service will be an advantage

• Have a passed matric or NQF level 4

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work on-site in Pretoria

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
