Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Assistant role based in Constantine, with the possibility to work from home part of the time. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders related to pharmaceutical raw materials, packaging, and equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with logistics and procurement teams to follow up on deliveries, and preparing sales reports and basic analyses. The role involves responding to customer requests, ensuring high-quality service, assisting in organizing client meetings and events, and supporting the preparation of sales presentations and documentation. The Sales Assistant will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and a smooth sales process from initial contact to after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients.
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) to handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare sales documentation.
- Sales acumen and basic knowledge of sales processes, including lead follow-up, order handling, and support for business development activities.
- Solid organization skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial sector.
- Comfort with office productivity and CRM tools (e.g., Excel, Word, email, and basic sales or ERP systems).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating both on-site in Constantine and remotely as needed.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and process improvement.
