About the Role

LD Direct Marketing is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales team and contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone eager to develop foundational sales skills and grow within a supportive, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs

• Provide product information and help customers make informed choices

• Support the sales team in achieving daily and weekly targets

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑presented sales area

• Communicate customer feedback to the team to improve service and sales approaches

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build skills and product knowledge

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed high school or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Basic problem‑solving skills

• Comfortable engaging with customers in person

Nice to Have

• Prior customer service or retail experience

• Interest in sales, customer engagement, or marketing
