WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO:
Storm damage hit neighborhoods across the Chicago suburbs.
Most homeowners don’t know their insurance already covers the repair.
Your job is to knock on their door and tell them.
That’s the whole conversation. You’re not selling anything. You’re telling someone about something they already qualify for.
When they sign the free inspection form — $200 in your pocket.
No credit checks. No bills. No pressure. Just a straight forward conversation most people don’t know they need.
THE PATH:
This isn’t just a sales job. It’s the beginning of a career most people don’t know exists.
Level 1 — PA Apprentice. $200 per signed inspection.
Level 2 — Lead Apprentice. Lead a team while still in the field. $250 per claim.
Level 3 — Team Leader. Build and run your own team.
Level 4 — Licensed Public Adjuster. Run it like your own business.
Level 5 — Leader who grows leaders. Earn 1% from your team’s production.
Average time from Day 1 to PA license: 3–4 months. Some get there faster. It depends on how bad you want it.
Proliance sponsors a portion of your PA license when you prove you’re worth the investment. Most people do.
WHAT THE FIRST WEEK LOOKS LIKE:
Week 1 — $800 paid training. You learn before you earn.
Week 2+ — $200 per signed inspection. 1 per day = $1,000/week.
Average rep earns $1,000–$1,500/week. No cap on what you can earn.
You’ll have a buddy in the field every day. Leadership accessible every day. You are never out there alone.
