Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Mogadishu for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, identifying business growth opportunities, and participating in training initiatives. The professional will also manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and work with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and building lasting relationships.
Proficiency in sales and sales management, with a proven record of meeting targets and leading sales initiatives.
Experience in training and mentoring team members to improve their skills and boost team performance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet organizational objectives.
Knowledge of market analysis and strategy development is a plus.
Understanding of the financial services industry, especially within the context of Sharia-compliant practices, is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
