Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in marketing and advertising tyre products across various channels (in-store, online, and social media)
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable tyre options
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and increasing product visibility
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Handle basic transactions, including invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Help organize promotions, campaigns, and product displays
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries
Requirements:
