About the Role
Our Client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and renting properties, generating leads, advising clients, and managing the property transaction process from listing to transfer. The role requires strong sales ability, knowledge of the South African property market, and excellent client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new property leads through marketing, networking, and cold calling
List residential and/or commercial properties for sale and rent
Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
Advise clients on property prices, market conditions, and legal requirements
Assist sellers with property listings and marketing strategies
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
Draft and manage Offers to Purchase (OTP) and lease agreements
Liaise with bond originators, attorneys, and other stakeholders
Track all leads, listings, and sales activity
Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
Maintain compliance with South African property laws and regulations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
Registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) or willing to register
Completed or willing to complete NQF Level 4 Real Estate Qualification
Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems, email)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales or customer service experience (advantageous)
