Role Description
The Sales and Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Nigeria. The role involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive sales growth. Responsibilities will include market research, customer negotiations, creating detailed proposals, and ensuring the successful execution of business agreements. The Manager will also work closely with technical teams to align sales goals with engineering solutions and contribute to long-term business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals successfully.
- Strong business development and client relationship management experience.
- Proficiency in market analysis, business strategy, and opportunity identification.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client presentations and team collaboration.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle diverse tasks and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of water engineering solutions or the infrastructure sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on-site in Nigeria.
