Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Kampala. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, promoting services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves providing excellent customer service, conducting training on offered services when necessary, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales experience and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Insurance and the ability to explain relevant policies to clients
- Experience in delivering training or presentations related to sales or service offerings
- Self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
