Telesales – Ensuring that sales orders are processed and actioned

Responsibilities:

• Full understanding of SAP(S4) System Knowledge
• Customer service
• Call Customers for orders
• Capturing and monitoring orders
• Check EDI orders (electronic transferred orders)
• Creating purchase orders
• Checking controls for missing data, excessive data (Incorrect data) and duplicates for correctness
• Requests for releasing of blocked accounts
• Pulling pack reports and Bake plan compilations for production
• Attending to customer order queries
• SAP Billing Process
• Preparation of load sheets for dispatch, route paperwork
• Double checking of stock availability and creating of final purchase orders to ensure that stock is available for the next day

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Administration experience
• SAP knowledge advantageous
