A well-established and growing accounting, tax, and advisory firm is looking for a motivated SAIPA Accountant who has recently completed their articles to join their dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual looking to build strong technical skills across accounting, tax, and audit, within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Duties:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management accounts
- Prepare and submit tax returns and support tax compliance processes
- Participate in audit and assurance engagements
- Engage with clients and assist with financial queries and reporting
- Apply accounting, tax, and auditing principles in a practical environment
- Work collaboratively to deliver high-quality client service
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting
Experience:
- Completed SAIPA articles (preferably at a small to mid-tier firm)
- Relevant BCom degree (SAIPA accredited or close to completion)
- Strong academic track record
- Advanced experience with CaseWare
- Solid understanding of accounting and tax principles
- Ability to work in a client-facing, deadline-driven environment
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, eager to learn, and self-driven
- Strong technical proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office
