Role Description The SAAS Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering SaaS implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, tracking milestones, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing project logistics from initiation through deployment. The SAAS Project Manager will communicate regularly with stakeholders, monitor risks and dependencies, support issue resolution, and ensure that project documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date. The role also involves optimizing processes, aligning project outcomes with customer engagement goals, and contributing to continuous improvement across product and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely delivery of tasks, resources, and project components.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review deliverables, validate quality, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across teams and vendors.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and experience managing SaaS or software projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with project management tools, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Heliopolis and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
