Job Purpose
- The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify and designing business processes for automation.
- Analyze and document client solution architecture to support Intelligent Automation.
- Provide troubleshooting technical support for complex issues raised by clients.
- Infrastructure engineering, monitoring, and networking experience within an enterprise IT environment.
- Set up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
- Produce process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward.
- Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in the same fie
- Proficiency in PowerShell script, VB Script, JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence.
- UiPath/Blue Prism advanced Developer certificates is a must.
- Familiarity with the .NET / .NET Core framework and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs, Web Services, and Developing.
- Experience developing web-based applications in C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript/ASP, or .NE
- Experience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycle.
- Experience working in agile development environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skill.
