Job Responsibilities:
- Provide banking products and services for the Royal clients.
- Relationship Manage with Royal clients to retain existing clients and expand the existing portfolio.
- Manage customers portfolio effectively to increase the bank’s segment profitability.
- Ensure customers satisfaction and align with the concerned bank’s functions to solve the Royal clients’ complaints.
- Ensure meeting sales targets for the Royal segment.
- Ensure constant contact and follow up with the Royal clients to ensure providing the best services and financial solutions.
- Prepare monthly reports related to the managed portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- A relevant University degree
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the retail banking.
