One Source Water is looking for route sales representative. You will work Monday – Thursday and every OTHER Friday. This is NOT an hourly position, but a salaried job. Hours per day will vary. Once you are fully trained, the time it takes you to complete your route depends mostly on YOU! This IS an OUTSIDE position. You will be in the heat, wind, rain and cold weather.
There is a fuel allowance and a daily (MON-THUR) meal allowance.
There are Bonuses, paid time office, and insurance available.
What will you do?
1. Load/unload trucks for your daily route; run route independently.
2. Warehouse responsibilities (sweep floor, take out trash, move racks, load & unload semi, run forklift, etc.)
3. Be willing and able to flow with change.
4. Be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs at one time, multiple times a day
NO education required. Needing someone with good customer service. MUST have a valid driver license. No experience is required. CDL license NOT required. No commissioned sales; this is salary position. Must be able to pass a background check and random drug screening. This is an OUTSIDE job. You will be OUT in ALL types of weather. This is NOT just a driving job. Must be able to follow instructions, read and write English and work a smart phone; OR BE WILLING TO LEARN. Pay will increase once you are through training and on your own. Self motivation is also an incentive for bonuses.
