Missoula Textile Services is looking for a highly motivated person who has great attention to detail and enjoys hard physical work to join our team as a Route Driver. It is a 4 day work week. Pay starts at $21/hr with incremental raise to $26.25/hr + Commissions. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays as well as 401k upon completion of probationary period. Daily Responsibilities
· Showing up to work consistently and on time
· Safely operating a company vehicle
· Operating a handheld device to obtain customer signature/initials for delivery verification
· Consistently lifting 50 lbs +
· A/R and some cash handling
· Providing good customer service through addressing customer needs and problem resolution
· Be able to understand and apply company policies and procedures
· Learning all delivery accounts on your route, being able to effectively and efficiently complete them.
Qualifications
· Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
· Must be reliable and show up to work on time
· Must be able to physically lift 50 lbs consistently
· Must be able to lift, twist, bend and squat repeatedly
· Must have good attention to detail, be organized
· Must have a strong work ethic and be able to maintain a good work pace throughout the day‘

Pay: $21.00 – $26.25 per hour
