Job Summary
One year of shingle roofing experience required. We are building our in house labor crew and looking for individuals with a hard work ethic, willing to learn, and a "do whatever it takes" mentality.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, metal and TPO. One year of shingle roofing experience required.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for roofing tasks.
- Restore existing roofs by repairing leaks, replacing damaged materials, and ensuring structural integrity.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment on-site.
- Must be able to lift 90+ lbs.
Skills
- Experience with hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or climbing.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
