We’re looking for a Returns & Repairs Manager to take ownership of a critical function in our business—where customer experience meets operational efficiency.
The Role
You’ll lead the full returns and repairs operation, ensuring seamless processes, accurate stock handling, and fast, effective resolution of customer cases.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment—ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems and managing complexity.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end returns and repairs process
- Lead and manage a large, high-performing team
- Drive stock accuracy, minimise losses, and improve workflows
- Handle escalations and ensure quick, professional resolutions
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners
- Manage systems (WMS, ERP, Salesforce) and reporting
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in retail/warehouse/returns environments
- 3+ years managing teams
- Strong systems and operational experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
