About Us
Guaranteed Estimates generates inbound homeowner leads for roofing companies across the U.S.
Our Sales team books appointments. Our Retention Specialists protect revenue by building long-term loyalty and reducing churn.
This is not a passive support role. This is a account management role focused on partner retention and strategic growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 30–50 roofing partners with monthly spends between $5k-$125k per month
- Identify upsell opportunities into additional programs
- Maximize partner retention by proactively solving problems before they escalate
- Collaborate with Sales, Media, and Operations to ensure partner results align with expectations
- Deliver clear, confident communication — even when conversations are difficult
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Hit and exceed monthly KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in Retention, Account Management, or Client-Facing Roles
- Comfortable managing 30–50 accounts at once
- Strong phone presence with U.S.-based business owners
- Ability to balance empathy with assertiveness
- Comfortable having hard conversations about performance and expectations
- Organized, proactive, and highly accountable
- Strong written English and clear verbal communication
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- No side hustles during work hours

Compensation
Base: $ 3000 USD/month
Commission: Upsells to additional GE programs
