We are seeking a candidate who can support daily operations and help create a welcoming, informative experience for all customers. The role focuses on assisting , maintaining the store’s appearance, and ensuring smooth, accurate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide helpful, friendly support throughout their visit

• Assist customers in finding products and understanding features, benefits, or promotions

• Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs

• Support visual merchandising by arranging displays and signage

• Address customer questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed

• Contribute to store goals by promoting products and sharing product knowledge

• Follow company procedures regarding safety, security, and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Grade 12 / N4

• Experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members

• Comfort using point‑of‑sale systems and basic technology

• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out tasks that may involve light lifting

• Reliable time management and attention to detail

• Experience with inventory management or merchandising

• Familiarity with the store’s product categories

• Multilingual communication abilities
