Retail Salesperson Jobs in Durban at Watches Tell Time
Salesperson for store in Ushaka, South Beach. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sales Assistant Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet customers and assist them with product selection (upsell)
- Answer product-related questions and offer recommendations
- Process sales transactions using POS systems
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are tidy and organized
- Handle customer returns and resolve minor complaints
- Keep the store clean and welcoming
- Assist with inventory checks and stock deliveries
- Support promotional and sales activities
- Overall care taking of the store .
- Ordering and packing stock, inventory control,
- Pricing products, point of sales, cash up.
The ideal candidate must be willing to work mall hours, weekends and public holidays (6 days a week). Wiling to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and cash-handling abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to help others
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise
Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Education and Experience Requirements
- Matric or diploma
- Previous retail or customer service experience a plus

Pay: R6 000,00 – R6 500,00 per month
